How Did You Get Started?
I have always been into sports throughout childhood and middle school but quit playing them at the start of High School. I decided to start working long hours to save for a car. By my senior year, I regretted not taking the opportunity to get myself involved with any school sports. My car hobby is still a lot of fun but it was getting quite expensive. I decided bodybuilding was right up my alley.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
With college and work, fitting in training sessions isn't always the easy. Working out on a four day split really works well for me. I can get plenty of rest in and really train hard in my workouts. I am always trying to work out my weak points twice a week such as my hamstrings. Also, doing cardio during off season is VERY important. I do an hour to an hour and a half of cardio a week to get that oxygen pumping through my body. My split is as follows:

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I recently consulted IFBB Pro Brian Chamberlain for help on my workout and nutrition plan to build some serious mass. I stick with my nutrition fairly close year round. I've really noticed some sizeable gains with my current nutrition plan. I take in about 275g of protein, 300g of carbs, 65g of fat. (rough estimates).
For carbs I eat a lot of brown rice, oatmeal, and some wheat bread. I get my protein intake from all white chicken, fish, brown meat, and whey shakes. My key source of my daily fats are from peanut butter. Gotta love it!
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I really just stick to the basics, not to mention I'm on a college budget. Multivitamins, 100% Whey Protein, L-Glutamine, and Creatine does the trick for me. I really don't need to spend the money on anything else as this is giving me a solid base.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love how you can visually show others your success. The feeling I get from working out is what brings me back day in and day out. I'm self motivated to become the best I can possibly be.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I recently competed in the 2006 NPC Atlantic City Championships and took first place in the Bantamweight division. I am currently training to compete again in 2008 at a National level. But I got to remind myself, school comes first.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
I feel bodybuilding is not only about dedication and self discipline but also patience. I see a lot of people discouraged at the gains they make in a short time span. Creating an outstanding physique takes time. The ones with those physiques are the ones worked to get there.
