How Did You Get Started?

I got into bodybuilding at the age of 13, I always used to be stronger than my friends, but I wanted to be much stronger and bigger. Lifting weights was the right thing for me.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I always try to vary in my workout plan; to keep my muscles guessing. Basically, 3 days per week training while gaining weight, and 5-6 days per week while cutting. This seems to work best for me. One of the main keys to the strong physique for me is doing the "Big 3 lifts" (squat-bench-deadlift) with heavy weights.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

The main thing for me is not to miss a meal, eat at least 6 meals daily. Breakfast is a MUST for me - I ain't going anywhere until I have my breakfast, which usually consists of 10-12 egg whites, a cup of oatmeal or cereal, 2 big sandwiches with tuna, cheese or whatever I find in the fridge. I also found a lot of good nutritional information on Bodybuilding.com. So if you want to be BIG, you have to eat BIG.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have tried different supplements, The Animal line products gave me strength and endurance to train hard, and protein powders (especially OPTIMUM Soy Protein) gave me great gains and fast recovery after workout.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it became the style of my life, my hobby. And it gives you a lot of self confidence...

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I'm currently adding some extra pounds, and I hope I'll be able to compete this autumn.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Combine 3 main things (Training-Nutrition-Rest) together, be strict to yourself and follow the schedule. After some time, you will see the results. They will come, just no need to rush it!
