How Did You Get Started?
All through secondary school I use to get picked on for being skinny. It was my dad's idea for me to start weights as he use to do it as a youngster. So I got his old weights and bench out and started weight lifting in my garage. I did it for a year or so and I was getting stronger but I wasn't putting any mass on. It was only when I started training with my good friend Chris that I started to put on more mass. My mum also plays a big part in my training by feeding us plenty of grub. Chris Wyse and Rich Lang have also joined us in the gym for the past year.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love it because I like the challenge of pushing myself to and beyond my limits and also building up mass, power and strength. I also enjoy the pump sensation that it gives me and my chance to relieve the stress of school.

My plans are to get my arms to the size of Hulk Hogan's and to just stay as healthy as possible.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Remember, "no pain!" Pain shouldn't be in your vocabulary. Always keep going no matter what lies in your way. You'll reap the rewards. Also get a training partner. You can both push each other and keep one another motivated.

My favorite has to be ARNIE, no one can match what this guy has done to the sport of bodybuilding. He's a legend.
