How Did You Get Started?
I first got started in bodybuilding at the age of 13. At that time I was doing light workouts at home to tone up my physique. The more results I saw, the more intense I began training. I have been bodybuilding very seriously for the last year and a half as well as dieting.

- Monday: Back
- Tuesday: Abs, calves
- Wednesday: Chest, shoulders
- Thursday: Cardio
- Friday: Triceps, biceps, forearms
- Saturday: Legs
- Sunday: Cardio

The only supplement that I have ever taken is Whey Protein.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it allows me to work on and have the physique that everyone wants but very few can obtain.

I would like to be able to compete in local contests within 3 more years of intense training.

The only two tips I have for people are never give up and eat big to get big.
