How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting weights the summer before my freshman year in high school, I began to see my body change and fell in love. With football in mind, my goal was to be bigger and stronger... not caring too much about proportions, shape, and symmetry. Blessed with good genetics the proportions, shape, and symmetry began to happen as well, after a push from a few friends I entered in my first bodybuilding contest and bodybuilding is now a love of mine.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Prioritization and cycling weights, sets, reps works best for me. By prioritization I mean that you train your lagging body part immediately following your rest days-when you will be strongest and have the most energy. I don't only train like a bodybuilder- I have found that great gains come from training much like a powerlifter as well as bumping up the intensity and decreasing rest time.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
A high calorie diet with roughly 2-2.5 grams of protein and 4 grams of carbohydrates per pound of BM. Fat is obtained through proteins and carbohydrates, occasionally I will add additional fat with Udo's/ flax seed oil and natural peanut butter.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it is a lifestyle, it is mentally and physically challenging. The competition aspect provides an incredible high- knowing that for the past 3 months you have done everything that you possibly can to present your hard-earned physique at its peak..... It's a rush. Not only do you compete against others, I always compete against myself- trying to better my imperfections day in and day out.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to continue competing in local and regional shows, hopefully picking up a few sponsorships, and within the next five years competing and placing well in the USA's.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Consistency is key; whether it be with diet, training, supplementation, and even sleep- you have got to be consistent. This will provide you with the most gains and prevention of injuries.
