How Did You Get Started?

When I was about 13 years old, I used to go to my uncle and aunts house with my parents to visit. While I was there, I watched my cousin Eric lift weights in the basement. Once in awhile I would ask him about some of the things he was doing and he would explain it all out to me, he also gave me Flex magazines to bring home and read.

I asked my parents for a weight set for my 14Th birthday, at first they were a little nervous being I was only 14. I ended up getting a 110 lb weight set. I would bench press everyday after school. As I got older, I became more interested in Bodybuilding so, I put a work out routine together and started taking supplements daily. I would also practice my posing, while I was lifting.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I eat 5 meals a day. I try to consume about 200 grams of Protein a day. I eat a lot of tuna, Turkey and eggs. I also have a protein shake every morning. Some of the things I eat for carbs are: pasta, bread, rice and potatoes.

Meal 1:

  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • Wheat English muffin
  • Sausage
  • Banana
  • 1 cup orange juice

Meal 2:

  • Protein shake
  • Apple

Meal 3:

  • 2 tuna wraps w/mayo
  • Lettuce
  • Carrots
  • Baked potato
  • 1 bottle of water

Meal 4:

  • Yogurt
  • Mixed berries
  • Protein bar

Meal 5:

  • Spaghetti
  • Meatballs w/onions
  • Garlic bread
  • 2 glasses milk

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

The first supplement I started using was Mega mass 2000 mixed with creatine. I made a lot of gains in a quick period of time. Then I switched to Heavy weight gainer 900 and I also used NO-xplode for a short period of time.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love everything about Bodybuilding. I like how you have to stay motivated and be determined to succeed with your goals. I also like how you can record your gains and see your gains on a regular basis. One of my favorite things about Bodybuilding is posing, coming up with different routines for different music. I guess I just like to keep my body healthy and looking good.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on turning professional down the road, but for know I'm going to compete in all the local Bodybuilding shows to get my name out there and eventually, I'm going to compete Nationally.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

I would say follow all your dreams and goals, don't ever give up. If you stay motivated and you're determined enough you will make it.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

My favorite bodybuilders are Branch Warren, Ronnie Coleman & Eric Bergeron. These Bodybuilders have made it to where they are today because they are determined to be nothing but the best.
