How Did You Get Started?

I do 12 - 16 hours of gymnastics a week and recently have started doing power yoga as well. A typical day would include:

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I don't follow a certain meal plan because my mom said I'm still growing and too young to do that. But she has taught me the proper food to eat for before I train and after I train. I eat lots of small meals every day and try not to have too much sugar because we have a lot of diabetes in our family. I have a weakness for pumpkin pie.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

None. I just eat well all year.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love it because I feel so strong, I feel full of energy. I love the way my body looks. I love feeling the muscles in my body working and no one tells me that my body looks like it has too much muscle.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

My mom motivates me to have a healthy lifestyle and I want to take good care of myself. My body is the most important thing I own.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

Because a lot of people told me that as a young girl I couldn't do this and I knew I could. I want to get other young people to do it too.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I want to keep competing and winning competitions. I want to keep getting stronger and fitter. I am the junior spokesperson for Ultimate Fitness Events so I want to get other younger people to get fit and compete. It's fun!

I read the fitness and bodybuilding information - even though I am really too young to lift weights and stuff, I am my mom's personal trainer. So I look for information to use with her and my future clients. Also, I look at pictures of people posing to help me in my competitions.
