How Did You Get Started?
I always had an interest in bodybuilding, I started working out with a couple of friends then decided to get serious about bodybuilding and I have been doing it ever since.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
A 5-day split is what I normally do. Working a bodypart once per week, but I change up the order I do them every week and also the amount of sets and what exercises I do for that bodypart. I try to do lagging parts twice so they can catch up.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I don't follow a strict nutrition plan. I just eat everything/anything I can find around the house. However I eat clean. I divide everything out into 5-6 small meals. Most of my protein comes from milk, tuna, and chicken.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I don't use supplements.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love it because I can compete with myself to make my self better. Nothing can beat the feeling you get right after a hard workout. Also I don't like to be the same as every one else. This makes me different, makes me stand out in a crowd. Also bodybuilding helps a lot with sports.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Too stay as lean as possible while slowly packing on lean muscle mass. I may start competing in a couple of years.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stay consistent. That is the biggest part of being successful in bodybuilding (along good nutrition). I have seen a lot of people start lifting and they are so hyped up about it, then their initial enthusiasm for bodybuilding dies, they stray off their routines, and then they complain why they don't have the results they want.
My biggest tip is too keep yourself motivated, stay consistent, and don't stop.
