Perfect Abs, Cutting Up, And A Kick A$$ Cardio Workout!

The secret to cutting up is cardio. The more you do, the more fat you'll burn, but don't get me wrong - you still gotta do your weight training.

    Very few people have what I would call 'textbook' abs, because the abdominal muscles are actually one flat hunk of muscle tissue, and the thing that gives people this 6-pack' look is this elastic-type tissue that runs across the muscle.

    So, this elastic-type tissue stays pretty much the same size as long as your abs don't get too big. The bigger your abdominals get, the deeper the grooves - but if your abs start to get too big, then this elastic-like tissue will expand. So, it's important to keep in mind the intensity of your ab workouts.

    Now about those 'textbook' abs: the only people that have those are the people whose elastic-like tissue isn't crooked.

      So, it's just the beginning of spring. I don't know about all of you, but I've just started the cutting up phase, and I'm already impressed with how much fat I've lost in just a short period of time.

      The cutting up diet is similar to the bulking up diet. When cutting up, you eat 5-6 small meals a day, and with the bulk up diet you eat 5-6 medium sized meals a day.

      I find when cutting up, circuit training works great. It keeps your heart rate up, then after your circuit is done you heart is still racing and jumping on a treadmill will only make it go faster.

    In my weekly routine, I try to do some cardio everyday. On circuit training days, I try to do at least 15 minutes of cardio right afterward. Here's a quick look at my routine:

    It's not at all about blood and broken bones. I think everyone should try a few classes in the style of their choice, I guarantee you'll get a great workout!
