How Did You Get Started?
I started weightlifting at the age of twelve. The reason I started was so that I could compete with the many accomplishments of my father in his weightlifting years. And not until about 2 years ago I started getting serious, and recently decided to get into Bodybuilding.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
The workout plan that has worked best for me is a six day split:
- Mon: Chest, Triceps, Abs
- Tue: Back , Biceps
- Wed: Shoulders, Traps, forearms
- Thu: Legs
- Fri: Chest, Triceps
- Sat: Back And Biceps
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
My Basic nutrition Plan is To eat a lot!!! I eat as much protein as I can through meat and supplements. And I try to overall eat healthy staying away from all junk food and fatty foods. I also try to consume a lot of complex carbs to supply enough energy when working out and trying to bulk up during the off-season. I also try to consume as many grams of protein as my body weight.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The supplements that have given me the greatest gains are Nitro-Tech protein powder. It has helped me to gain mass as well as LEAN muscle.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding for many reasons. One reason I love it so much is because your accomplishments in the sport you carry with you 24-7. Unlike on the football field or on the wrestling mat is where you show your stuff, bodybuilders carry their accomplishments and achievements in muscle gain all the time. And People notice you not just on a field or court but wherever you are.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future bodybuilding plans are to one day go natural pro. I hope that I can be one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time without using drugs to make me bigger. But to be so huge that I can even beat those who take steroids and be able to say I did it all by myself!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Work out a lot but don't over train.

Some of My Favorite Bodybuilders are Dorian Yates, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, and of course the man himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
