How Did You Get Started?

I got started bodybuilding after commencing my weight-training course in high school. I loved the feeling of the blood rushing through my muscles and realized that developing a muscular physique was going to be pleasurable and not labor.

A two days on, one day off, two days on, two days off split has fit my schedule perfectly.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I don't really follow a strict diet. I try to eat foods high in both Protein and carbohydrate values and stay away from foods that are merely empty calories. I have a good appetite so my intakes usually range between 150-175 grams of protein daily and 300 grams of carbohydrates.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I once tried Cell-Tech, which is Muscletech's brand of Creatine and saw substantial gains in both size and strength, but normally I just try to eat healthy and put on lean muscle mass without any extra support, so that when I decide to compete I can reap the benefits of supplements to give me a boost.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding is a complete way of life for me. I love the feeling of the pump, the way it makes me look, the boost it provides to my self confidence, and most of all the respect my results earn me in day to day life.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I may one day decide to compete but at the moment I am training to box. I feel the training knowledge I will gain through boxing and the cardiovascular strength I will gain will greatly benefit my future attempts to compete in bodybuilding.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Find out what your bodybuilding strengths and weakness are, and try to find new and interesting ways to develop your weaknesses so that you enjoy training those muscles, because enjoying your training is half the battle. When you enjoy training a muscle you will be more so motivated to train it hard.

Arnold Schwarzenegger for his charisma and the enthusiasm and love he had for the sport, also Franco Columbo for his all around athleticism.
