How Did You Get Started?
Started working out regularly after attending the Europa Supershow in 2005. After a couple of months I was noticing that I was putting on size relatively quickly. Robert E. Lee, a national level competitor, approached me one day and told me that I great genetics for bodybuilding and mentioned there was a bodybuilding show coming up in a few months and I should compete in it.
I did the show and placed 4th in the teen division. Feeling the rush and excitement of competing I've taken bodybuilding more serious and never turned back. Bodybuilding is my lifestyle. I couldn't do this without my friends and family who have supported me all the way, or INBF Pro Trentonne Taylor who has put me through some of the toughest workouts getting me ready for Teen Nationals this summer.

My current Nutrition plan consists of High protein and low carbs:

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Because it is the lifestyle. Every time I step in the gym it just feels like I'm at home. I live, breathe, sleep, and eat bodybuilding and it is just who I am. And I like the fact that not everyone can do this. You work hard for everything and not only do you look great, but ultimately feel great as well which is the most important thing.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan on competing at Teen Nationals this year and also hopefully earn myself a sponsor as well and become pro in 5 years is my goal. I want to teach others about the benefits of healthy living and nutrition and how beneficial the bodybuilding lifestyle is.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Keep working hard and never quit. Consistency, consistency, consistency. Keep it natural! And like The General Robert E. Lee always says, "Ain't nothing to it but to do it!"
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders are the following: National Level competitors Robert E. Lee, Daryl Jones, Gus Carter, Stephen Frazier, INBF Pro Trentonne Taylor, INBF Pro Figure Trinette Contreras, and last but not least INBF Pro Pernell Garrison. All of these people have helped me out and all showed the greatest love and support and that is why THEY are my favorite bodybuilders.
