How Did You Get Started?
I started bodybuilding after I broke my neck playing football in high school. I found that the bodybuilding lifestyle helped me overcome my injury and the aftershocks of the injury that resulted in not being able to play contact sports for the rest of my athletic career.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I use a high protein, moderate to high carbs, and a low fat diet. My personal breakdowns are around 4,100 calories, 465-520g protein, 375-420g carbs, and 65-90g fat.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it allows me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It has taught me that anything is possible when hard work is put into any personal goal. It has helped me achieve goals that three years ago I would of never thought possible.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My immediate bodybuilding plans are to compete in again in April 2005 and hopefully do 3-5 more shows that year. I plan on giving a shot at trying to turn pro in my respective organization the USBF. My dream is to one day compete at the NPC Team universe.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
For advice to other bodybuilders I would say to never give up on your dreams. If someone tries to tell you can’t do achieve your goal they aren’t worth talking to, they will only bring you down with themselves. Stay true to yourself, and your dreams.
