How Did You Get Started?
On January 31st I went to the doctor for a check up. He told me that I was extremely overweight (205lbs) and needed to lose weight fast or else I would die, my blood pressure was through the roof and I was starting to show signs of heart problems. From that day on, I decided to change my life forever. I cut off all bad foods and got serious when it came to exercise. I did research and tried different things to lose weight. My determination was tremendous I was able to lose 40 pounds in the first 3 months. Now I'm weighing 135. I lost a total of 70 pounds and gained a significant amount of muscle compared to what I had before. If I could do it anybody can, all it takes is dedication and hard work.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love it because it helped save my life. It gives me such a rush when I walk away from the weights knowing that I gave them my all. Oh yeah, and the attention you get is amazing. Chicks dig it.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to compete in a couple of years. Once I think that I'm ready I would like to register to compete but for now I would like to just build mass after wrestling season is over. I am looking to gain at least 40 pounds of solid mass in a year.
