How Did You Get Started?

When I was in 9th grade a track throwing coach approached me and wanted to know if I would come out for the team so I did and we started lifting weights. I hated it I was so sore and until 11th grade I did it as little as possible then I had a weight lifting class I did not want to take it but I had to. The first month I hated it but then I started to get really strong and started to have some shoulder development and begin to see some biceps and I had shed about 10 pounds and started to look better.

My teacher kicked my ass every day and helped me a lot thanks Mr. D. That is wear I started something that I will never stop. The second semester I took weight training two hours a day I got enthralled with it was all I did and all I talked about. I was very big but also very fat so I left my junior year a 6'4 260 with about 32% and trained my ass off found out how to eat and to train and came back 6'5 219 at about 9% it was great nobody recognized me I got compliments every day for about the first 2 months of school.

I trained all senior year and I was so ready for my track season I was going to go all out and I did. I took 5th in state for discus, 9th in state for Shot put, and was City champ 4A for Discus and Javelin, and also hold the school record for the javelin at Wilson. I trained my whole summer after high school and it was the first time in my life that I could actually take my shirt off and be proud it felt great I am now a solid 255 at about 13%.

I first started taking Optimum Nutrition Protein Power, Animal Pak, Creatine, Glutamine, Animal Stak, Grow Pro for my muscle building stage and for my cutting stage I use Xenadrine NRG, CLA, and Guggulbolic I have tried a lot of supplements but these are the ones I have had the best results with.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the feeling when you walk into a room and everyone is looking at you because of your body. When people come up to you and ask you how you did it and how they can be like you and the feeling of satisfaction you get when you get up and look in the mirror and look at what you have built. But most of all it is for all the GIRLS.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

To win the win the teen division at the Vancover Natural Bodybuilding Classic and to win the teen division in the Emerled Cup this year.
