How Did You Get Started?

Firstly, my father was a bodybuilder so I was always inspired by him. I always wanted to be strong like him. Secondly, I was very thin and wanted to gain weight. So I started training in my back yard. My father bought me all the equipment. As I was getting stronger and lifting heavier weights I shifted to a gym. There I met Mr. Hari Narayan who helped me and guided me a lot and gave me tips on competing.

When I started I weighed 110 lbs and now I weigh 186 lbs.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I like to change my workouts every now and then mostly based on the time I have. I don't like cardio much and don't to did quite often. Instead I ride a bicycle in the city. The workout plan which has worked best for me is.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

While bulking I usually eat 1 g of protein per pound bodyweight. and 2.5 g carbs per pound bodyweight. While cutting I eat 1.5 g protein per pound bodyweight and 200 g carbs, 50 g fats.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I love whey protein. I take multivitamins everyday and every now and then creatine and glutamine.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It makes you look good. people appreciate you. You are the centre of attraction wherever you go.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

I like Arnold and the other bodybuilders of that era. The bodybuilders of the present era are too huge and I don't like that great compared to the ones of the 70's. And also my friend Mr. Hari Narayan.
