I started by trying to get in better shape for high school sports.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

In the Off-Season I just try to eat as much as I can. Before a contest I drop my calories down each week, along with my carbs and I make sure that my protein stays over 200 grams a day.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Protein Powder, Creatine, BCAA's, and L-Carnitine have helped me reach my bodybuilding goals.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It is the only sport where if you work hard you can see gains no matter what. I also like the fact that it makes you look and feel better.

One day I would love to become a pro bodybuilder.

Don't give up after just one month, stay consistent with your eating and lifting and you will see results.
