How Did You Get Started?

I started working out when I was 13, then I started dieting when I was 15. Since that age I never stopped learning and exploring the grateful world of bodybuilding. I try to read every article and book about nutrition and training. I think the best way to improve, is learning.

I started because I always admired big guys like Arnold, Oliva, and Columbu. When I was a kid, I always watched the photos of these athletes, and I wanted to be like them. Luckily I received the support of my family and I had the possibility of attending a gym in my early years. I had a few friends of my father who knew something about bodybuilding, so they introduced me to this world.

After some years of training and learning, I met some trainers who had lot of experience with known athletes of my country, and they started training me, and since that I have built a lot of density and quality in my body. Now I'm really focused on my actual goals.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

The supplements that have given me the greatest gains are protein shakes and branched chain amino acids. Also, I always take a multivitamin.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Because it gives me a lot of satisfaction; my progress is my major motivation. I love all the sensations. The blood on my muscle, the pain of an excellent workout, the pump and more. I love to improve my body.

I love bodybuilding because it's a lifestyle for me, I can't be without my 8 meals per day, I can't eat without knowing what that meal contains. I need to know the quantity of everything that I eat. It makes me feel uncomfortable when I don't know that kind of thing.

I love to be an artist, but in this case, an artist that works with his own body. I love getting attention from other people; I like when they come to me and ask me about my lifestyle, or ask me some advice about nutrition or training.

What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

It helps me to be in better physical shape and gives me the chance to live longer. Also, I feel better if I eat in the correct form, I feel uncomfortable eating bad meals, or meals that I know aren't the best for my body. Also I like the idea of being a "model" to other guys who also want to change their lifestyles. I want to help them, and introduce them into this fantastic world. That motivates me to keep living like this.

What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals?

The most important thing that makes me want to achieve my goals is to see how I improve. It's about personal compliments. I always want to be better than I was the day before. That's the way to improve. Also I want to achieve all my short and long term goals because that's how I feel proud about myself, when I see old pictures and I can see a great advance in my body, that makes me want to achieve my actual goals. I feel motivated by people's comments and advice.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

A few weeks ago I won the Argentinean Teen Championship, and now I'm preparing to compete on the South American Championship that will take place in Lima, Perú.

After that, I want to gain some pounds of muscles, and I will prepare to compete in an international contest in 2010. My main goal is to win the South American Title, and compete in the World Championship and in the Arnold Classic Amateur contest.

If everything goes well, I want to compete in Europe or in the US in 2010. Also I want to add more size and quality to my muscles.

Likewise, I want to keep improving my body.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

If I had to give a tip to another bodybuilder, I would say that you should never give up. This sport takes a lot of time, a lot of sacrifice and patience. So, be careful in every way, and try to improve your body in every workout, with every meal you make. Don't be afraid to compete, and make mistakes. You will learn from those mistakes, and the best way to learn is from your own experience. You don't need to weigh 210lbs to compete; you should be in your best performance no matter your weight.

My favorite bodybuilders are Lee Labrada, Franco Columbu, Kevin Levrone, Dorian Yates, Melvin Anthony, and Dexter Jackson.

What Features Do You Use On Bodybuilding.com?

I always try to read all the articles that are about nutrition; they are very useful for me. Also they are recent, with new information. They help me to advance with my nutritional program.

In addition to this, I love those articles about the new training systems, because I can surprise my muscles with new programs and that make me feel really good. I try to do at least 2 workouts with these systems on each month.
