How Did You Get Started?
I have been interested in sport since I was a child. I saw the cassettes with competitions - Mr. and Mrs. Olympia - and I always wanted to be like those people. My father is a bodybuilder (but not a professional). I got started when I was 9, but it was only the beginning, so I started training seriously only 2 years ago. My father is my trainer and I do my training at home.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Well, I try to work immediately after school, but when I have no time I usually do BB at 7 p.m. I work every day for 40-60 minutes (hardworking) and 20 minutes of aerobics. Every day I do only one type of muscle. At first, I do my shoulders, next day-back, then biceps, chest, triceps, legs, press and calves. When you do only one type of muscle you can feel that part of the body that works and this type of working is better to achieve harmonious proportion and fine forms. Bodybuilding is my favorite and most important sport for me, but I also do karate, running and swimming.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I always have water and whey protein ( 2 serving scoops of Isolate) with me at school, because muscles need energy every time (I count 2 grams of protein per 1 kg of weight and take 100 grams of protein per day). Then I take 1 portion of protein 30 minutes prior to work and 1 portion immediately after work plus glutamine and creatine. The last time I take Protein prior to sleep.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Whey Protein. If you don't take it, your muscles won't grow.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because you can create your body like you want. Also. I think you need a lot of enthusiasm and great "power of your soul" to do it. BB is my health, my mood, whatever... It's my life! It makes me feel my personality!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to improve my results and continue to train hard.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If you have just started your training course and realized that your forms stayed the same size don't panic and continue your work. Everything gonna be alright! If you have possibility to do it. Don't try to work as professional bodybuilders - you need time and patience for good results. And don't forget about diet - it is one of the most important things in this sport.
