How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting when I was in 8th grade just because I liked it and for ice hockey. I was hooked and as time passed I began enjoying going to the gym more than playing hockey. A couple months after I turned 18 I decided to compete. I started seeing my trainer Craig Toth and he gave me the advice, direction, and support necessary to compete in my first set of shows.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
- Monday: Biceps, 3 Sets Triceps, Delts 2 Sets
- Tuesday: Quads 3 Sets, Calves 2 Sets, Abs 2 Sets
- Wednesday: Chest 3 Sets, Rear Delts 1 Set, Traps One Set
- Thursday: Biceps 3 Sets, Triceps 3 Sets, Delts 2 Sets, Abs 2 Sets
- Friday: Back 3 Sets, Hamstrings 3 Sets, Calves 2 Sets
My reps range from 8-12 depending on the day and exercise.
I don't do the same exercises 2 weeks in a row. I always change it up. I do at least one core/compound exercise for each muscle group and then end with auxiliary exercises. I make sure to hit every part of each muscle group.
Pre-contest I add in cardio depending where I'm at I do 30 min in the morning on an empty stomach 2-5 days a week.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it is truly the most rewarding thing that I have ever done. It keeps me healthy and it makes me feel like I am truly accomplishing something. I love it for what it gives back to me.What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?
Being healthy enables me to live my life the way I choose and do fun things. Health has never been a problem to me and seeing the way some people live just motivates me to stay healthy so that I don't have to worry about medical bills and having problems as I age.
The thing that drove me to achieve my goals is my competitive nature and just the fact that bodybuilding is a tough sport and I love the fact that I can say that I have done it and live the lifestyle.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future plans are to keep working hard in and outside of the gym. I plan to compete 2 more times this year. I am also working hard to try and become an NGA pro.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
The one tip that I can give other bodybuilders is to keep your spirits high and set goals that are obtainable and then obtain them.
