How Did You Get Started?
My parents bought me a workout bench and I started to like it and use it a lot, and then I got a membership at a local gym and that's when I started learning more about it and getting serious.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I have used several workout plans. For awhile I did a 4-day split which worked good and which is what I am using at the moment. I also tried Max-OT. I gained a lot of strength off of this program, but not enough mass. I tried HST and I absolutely loved it.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
When I'm cutting, I stick to around 2000-2300 calories a day, when I'm bulking I try to take in around 4000 a day. I like to take in around 225-250 grams of protein from solid foods, while I usually take 40-80grams (depends on if I'm training that day) of whey protein putting me at around 275-300grams a day.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the results I get from it and the way it makes me feel. I like the feeling of being bigger and more muscular than other people.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I would like to someday, compete on stage as a super heavy weight and stay natural at doing so. Being a Pro would be nice, but I don't think that I'll ever make it there.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stick with it. Don't give up. If it's your dream to become a bodybuilder, don't give up on it. It takes time and patience and most people don't like to wait.
