How Did You Get Started?

I've had a rough life; a lot of anger built up. Instead of taking out my anger on hitting things, I started lifting weights at school, and at the house. Later on, I started working out at Dynabody, and the YMCA. I was fascinated by the way your body changes over time, and how it all works. I haven't stopped lifting since.

Right now I'm eating everything I get my hands on, besides junk food. I take in 200-220 grams of protein. My normal diet is just cut out everything basically I do not need, I don't eat any sweets. Right now I'm only able to eat 4 or 5 "meals" a day.

Well I don't take anything to gain mass but I know flax seed oil helps because of some problems I have in my shoulders. I sip on water all day, eventually consuming about 2 gallons. My buddy at the gym (Sam Byrd): 1050 lb squat at 198 lbs; drinks 2 gallons, and chugs 1 gallon before bed.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Well right now, I'm just hitting the weights and trying to gain mass/taking advantage of being young. I have never been in any competitions or anything, because I do not know a lot of people capable of hooking me up. I would like to be in competitions locally that's for sure.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

{{{{{Consume lots of water}}}}}, and for others who aren't really body builders, but make working out a daily lifestyle, don't give up. I really believe a lot of lifting and bodybuilding is very mental, don't let it get to your head, make lifting a daily routine, not a dread thing.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler. Not because they are on top of the world right now in bodybuilding, because I have seen many videos between the two, and they are both very determined: lots of heart, and nothing will stop them. Between the 2 I would have to like Ronnie Coleman the most for bodybuilding reasons, and this man never goes light. He's a strong guy and he's won 8 Olympia's, whether Jay beat him recently or not. Until Jay wins 8 Olympia's, Ronnie is still on top.
