How Did You Get Started?

I had always had this fantasy of being like a big, macho, super hero type guy. I went along to the gym one day, turns out I liked it. So I went back, and then went back again, and again... Now I am real serious and I love what I do.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Ever seen the video, Blood and Guts? Where big Dorian Yates beats the shit out of those dumbbells? Well I tried that, and I put on some good gains. Two days on, one day off. Doing Chest and biceps, Back and Triceps, Shoulders and Traps, and Legs.

But, I felt like I was overtraining, so I put in a few more rest days....and that was pretty good. Then I saw a Shawn Ray training tape, and the 3 exercises, three sets per body part thing really worked for me. Going two days on, one day off, Chest and Arms, Back and Shoulders, and Legs.

You know what I is like when you get up the day after a big training session, and you try to flex but there is just nothing there? It is just all gone? Exercises that can be directly linked to that pain and suffering, just to name a few are the decline bench press, lying bicep curl, reverse grip tricep presses, good old stiff legged deadlifts, and heavy bent over rows.

Right now I am just on 3 days a week, Chest and Triceps, Back, Biceps and Shoulders, and then....dum dum dum... Legs.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Cell-Tech. Yeah, that is the good stuff. That and CTF Creatine, which is sort of Cell-Tech, but for people on a budget. People like me.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It is all summed up in one word. Satisfaction. Yeah, sure it's about having fun, but when you get serious and you really get into it, it is more the satisfaction you get out of it.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I know it gets pretty tough at the top, but that is where I wanna be. The Mr. Olympia is my ultimate goal. I want to be the best... and of course really big.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

"If you wanna make HUGE gains, you gotto eat like an animal!"

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

The massive, 300lbs Dorian Yates and of course, Arnold. Where would we be without Arnold?
