How Did You Get Started?
Started lifting weights just to get stronger for wrestling, but I started to enjoy lifting weights for its own sake. I entered a powerlifting contest last year, but I didn't like the low volume and long rest periods, so I started following a bodybuilding split.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is a sport where you get out of it what you put into it. I love to work out hard, refuel my body with good foods, and see the progress that I have achieved through my efforts. In bodybuilding, whether or not you competes on-stage, the most intense competition is with yourself, because you always seek to improve your strength and physique.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am going to continue lifting recreationally for awhile, but if I can continue to improve my physique, I may enter a competition at some point in the next few years.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Make sure that you eat the right kinds of food. Without refueling your body with the right things, all your hard work in the gym goes to waste.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
I like Dorian Yates because of his all-out, intense philosophy of training. As far as physical appearance goes though, Ronnie Coleman is both huge and cut.
