How Did You Get Started?
I started bodybuilding to be stronger and bigger 2 years ago. At first I did not train seriously, I just trained for fun - without the right split and the right diet. Now I'm really fond of it and I want to do bodybuilding as long as I can.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
A 4 Day Split:Monday: Off
Tuesday: Chest and biceps
Saturday: Shoulders and triceps
I usually do 4 effective sets per muscle once a week. I love Dorian Yates's training with high intensity and low volume.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I eat a lot of protein and I usually keep a middle fat and carbs intake. My favorite food is steak and cheese.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Arachidonic acid and creatine have given me good results.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it's not just a sport but a lifestyle. You have to train correctly, eat right, and be serious.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
For the moment, I don't have any plans. My plan right now is to simply grow as much as I can.
