How Did You Get Started?
I have been working out for about 3 years. I have always wanted to be strong so I had to start somewhere. I had some weights in my room so I started lifting with those and I did a lot of sit-ups and push-ups. Now that I have a personal trainer and I workout 5 days a week I know what I am doing.
