How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting in 7th grade because I wanted to be a better and stronger wrestler. Ever since then I have been lifting with my partner Matt Toggas. Before I started lifting I just did push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I don't have an exact plan, but I try to eat lots of fruit, vegetables, chicken, and anything low in fat and high in protein. I drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I don't take any supplements.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it is a challenge; also because it feels great after a hard lift and a nice run.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am not sure where I am going to go from here, because I never entered any contests but I would like to. I am definitely going to get into bodybuilding when I am out of school.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Just keep working hard, don't give up and eat right.
