How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting weights at the age of 15, mainly just to get bigger, because I was really skinny and weighed 155 pounds. I started to get more serious in my training and then decided that I wanted to do bodybuilding competitions. I started competing at the age of 17 and by then I weighed 180 pounds.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I fell in love with bodybuilding since the first day I started weight training. The results that can be achieved from weight training are one of the greatest feelings. When I decided to take it to another level and compete, it made me love this sport even more.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to keep competing for a while. I am planning to compete in provincials and nationals within the next couple of years.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Bodybuilding takes a lot of patience and as long as you train hard and eat well, results will be accomplished. You can achieve whatever you want if you put your mind to it, and don't ever let any negative people tell you otherwise.
