How Did You Get Started?

I started at the age of 13 because I was only 95 pounds and I really wanted to fill out and not be a puny little schmuck anymore. I wanted to be the most feared person in the gym.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Individual Muscle groups (except for Legs). Doing one muscle group per day. Here's the workout that worked best for me and I still stay along the same routine lines to this day. I will switch rotation and add or subtract certain exercises to keep my muscles guessing:

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Nutritionally, I have found that I am a true ectomorph, a real hardgainer, and I need as many carbs and as much protein as I can possibly get in my system. therefore, I try to eat between 4 and 5 meals per day with at least 30 - 40 grams of protein and at least 80-100 carbs per meal

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Since the age of 16 I have been a devout user of Myoplex Deluxe protein powder. It has the carbs and Protein Powdersprotein I need, and glutamine as well.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding has given me structure in my life, Its a great stress reliever, it keeps me out of trouble, helps me manage my time more efficiently, and got me involved in Martial Arts. I love seeing my gains in the mirror and to be able to look back in time and see how much I have accomplished. I find myself a much happier person when I have weight lifting in my life.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I would like to compete in another amateur competition when I go home this summer. But beyond that, I plan to just keep working hard, pushing myself to the limit in the gym everyday and never looking back.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

If I could only give one tip, I would say consistency is the key. If you stick with bodybuilding, and you keep your intensity level at a maximum on a day in and out basis, you will see the results you deserve.
