How Did You Get Started?
I got started with weight lifting when I got a weight bench for my 13th birthday. I used to go out in the garage and lift just about every other day. When I was about 15 I realized that I needed to get a gym membership because I really got into bodybuilding and needed the equipment the gym had to offer. Bodybuilding is something that has really kept my life on a straight path. It gives me something to do, keeps me out of trouble, and mainly it's something I love to do. Every morning I wake up and look forward to the workout I will be doing that day.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
- Mon: Legs
- Tue: Back/Bi's
- Wed: Chest/Tri's
- Thurs: Off
- Fri: Shoulders

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
My nutrition plan is very simple. It is very hard for me to put on weight, like so many others out there, so I eat about every 2 hours. Each meal I eat until I am miserably full. I take a Protein Shake about 1 hour prior to my workout and another immediately after my workout. I try to eat a lot of foods like pasta, rice, peanut butter, bread, chicken, and anything else high in calories.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
There are many reasons I love bodybuilding. It has given me huge success in baseball. I have been playing for 13 years and the last two I owe all of my success to all the hard work in the gym. Going into the gym and working out until I am dripping with sweat and my muscles are pumped and hard as a rock is the best feeling you can get. Bodybuilding has kept me out of trouble, given me a huge boost of self-confidence, kept me in shape, and it has given me more goals to strive for in the future.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future bodybuilding plans are to start competing in about a year. I feel that I need to gain quite a bit of size before I compete, which gives me a goal to work at achieving every time I step foot in the gym. I have the attitude and mental focus to achieve anything I put my mind to, or at least give it 100% and no less.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
The one tip I would give any other bodybuilder is don't give up. No matter what your body type is you can achieve the ideal physique as long as you eat right, train right, and most of all don't give up. It might take some years to get there, but it'll all be worth it when we get there.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders are of course Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jay Cutler.
