How Did You Get Started?
I got started at the same time as I started my martial arts when I was pretty young, mainly because I always wanted to be an action star like Jackie Chan or Jean Claude Van Damn! These days I'm more sensible, but have grown to love bodybuilding and the benefits you get from a good body! Recently I've gotten more into it again, since I started the gym with my friend and found Teenbodybuilding.com.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

- Tuesday: Biceps and Triceps
- Wednesday: Hamstrings, Calfs
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: Pecs and Abs
- Saturday: Lats, Deltoids, Traps
- Sunday: Off
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I eat a lot of Tuna, pasta and cereal when bulking. When I'm cutting I only allow myself the equivalent of one large mars bar a day. I also try to make sure I always get my 5 fruit and vegetables for general health.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I've only ever used supplements a few times as an experiment; I find it much cheaper to rely on my food.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding. Psychologically I feel that with a strong body and strong mind you're pretty much ready for anything. Corny I know, but I feel it's important. Body Building also shows that a person is determined and dedicated and I think those are admirable qualities. Of course it looks good too!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I think I need to work on my deltoids, I'm going to have trouble for a few weeks though as I'm pretty sure I've broken my toe! I would like to enter some competitions but will probably wait until after my A-levels. I intend to keep bodybuilding into old age!
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
If you're going to go to the gym, go with a friend. My friend Goof really helps push me on the exercises I don't like, (hamstrings), and makes the whole thing more enjoyable.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
To be boring, I like Arnold. A guy named Ilan Rosenburg also inspires me. He's on the Multilevel Moves Team, he's built like a brick AND he can do back flips & hand springs etc.
