Directions For Zoller Laboratories Zantrex-3: For weight loss, take two capsules with a full glass of water 15 minutes before main meals.For a significant energy boost, take 1 or 2 capsules anytime as needed. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24-hour period.

Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and excercise program. Individual results may vary.

Note: Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverageswhile taking this product, because too much caffeine may causenerveousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart beat.

Warnings: This product contains a potent xanthine (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) mixture, in excess of 300 mg per regular 2-capsule serving. Consult your physician before use if you are sensitive to stimulants. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. do not use if pregnant or nursing. Niacin [vitamin B3] may cause temporary skin flushing, redness or itching in those persons who are sensitive to niacin.
