Taste HORRIBLE. Worst supplement I ever tasted. It smells nice but it has this weird taste at the back of your throat. It mixes well and it isn't so bad mixed with something else. I wish there was another flavor though. Performance wise I noticed it keeps me a bit more pumped due to the creatine.
Just started using it and can't get around the taste. Usually if the taste isn't great i can chug it down real quick to get around it but this one's horrible. Switching to pills.

Directions For Creatine ATP:
Loading Phase: Take one serving at regular intervals four times daily. One of the four serving should be taken immediately after workout. Continue for first 5 days.
Maintenance Phase: Take one serving daily, immediately following exercise to maintain the benefits fo creatine monohydrate.
