Directions For SlimQuick Extreme: Take the first serving in the morning with breakfast and the second serving 6 hours later with an afternoon meal, each time with food and 8 oz. of water. To assess individual tolerance, follow the dosing schedule below. Do not exceed 6 rapid liquid gels within a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Consult a physician for use beyond 16 consecutive weeks. Use in conjunction with an intense exercise program and reduced calorie diet to achieve your weight loss and body-sculpting goals.
