Directions For S.A.N. Tight:
Take 1 capsule once daily with meals. Due to the potent nature of the formula use no more than 1 capsules in any 24-hour period. Not to be used for people under the age of 18. Do not stack Tight with ephedrine or ephedra.

Note: Take with food.
