Ratings & Reviews
This was the second protein I bought & I was only 16 at the time, payed 65 at GNC and it left me broken but overall its a pretty good protein especially for when its time to get cut. only 100 cal. per serving & 7 different proteins which also helps alot, totally recommended at the price bodybuilding.com sells it for.
a little expensive per gram of protein, but you're not paying for fillers and other garbage, it's very clean...it mixes a little thin with 8 oz of water, but i don't mind that, the strawberry flavor is pretty solid, not too sweet, and pretty natural tasting...it's one of those products that is hard to compare apples to apples (syntha-6 and fusion 7 have different proteins and fillers), if i were to rank it on overall value comparing it to others, it be an 8 because of the price per gram of protein, but the fact that it doesn't have any fillers or soy bumps it back up to 9 for me, it's definitely worth trying IMO

Overall this is a solid protein powder. It mixes well in both water and milk with a good consistency and flavour. Based on the existing competition I wouldn't say this is the best tasting product and is a tad expensive for the profile that you receive. I'd recommend giving this a try if you're looking for a new product and can't imagine that you'd be let down.
Started: Aug 15, 2013 Reason: I got a deal on one Vanilla and one Chocolate on this back in August before flying out here to Afghanistan. The guy at the GNC on base in 29 Palms pushed it on me and I couldn't resist the price, $30 for two at the time)... I'm not a big fan of protein supplementation anymore but, I still use it if I'm deployed or on ship to make up for the lack of clean proteins in the chow lines... Right now only two scoops post workout but, I'm considering one scoop for breakfast. Chalky with water (no surprise there...) but, awesome with milk! The taste with milk or Soy about the same as Muscle Milk... And I love Muscle Milk! If I could find the same price deal again, I'd keep using this...
