Powertec Leverage Chin/Dip Assist (USA Orders Only)

The two best exercises of all time to train the whole upper body. Chin-ups work the back and biceps while dips work the chest shoulders and triceps. Both of these exercises are so productive but unfortunately most people can't perform more then even a few reps while using their own body weight. Years ago there were a few companies that developed an assist system using a weight stack for the commercial gym market that basically worked in reverse. The more resistance you add the easier the exercise. Great machines but the cost was in the thousands. Now Powertec has developed the first assist system in leverage form at an affordable price for everyone. The concept is simple. Load weight onto the lever arm and that is the exact amount you will deduct from your body weight so you can perform chin-ups and dips using full range of motion and ease. The L-CDA also incorporates an adjustable "U" shaped section that easily moves up and down at various levels for both exercises. Oh yea, since we released this unit two years ago we discovered you can also perform an awesome hanging crunch with assist! Now you can also firm up the abs to complete the perfect torso.

Frame Construction:
All Powertec frame structures are mig welded and consist primarily of 2 1/2" square along with 3"X 3" rectangular steel tubing raging from 2.0 to 2.5 mm or 12 gauge wall thickness.

Upholstery:
Pads are constructed of 2 1/2" thick, high density foam surrounded by top grade industrial upholstery for a firm, contoured feel. Pads are double stitched and incorporate a backing to provide a long life.

Hardware:
Hardware components such as 1/2" nuts, bolts, washers, and knobs are all high tensile strength to withstand heavy usage and stress.

Component Parts:
Parts such as 1/4" nylon coated aircraft cable, 4" ball bearing nylon reinforced pulleys, linear bearings, pillow block bearings, bushings and spring loaded pop pins are all industrial grade to ensure a smooth and quiet operation.

Packaging:
Each part is carefully wrapped and protected inside an extra strength seven layer corrugated box designed to minimize damage during shipping. Each product includes an owners manual detailing product and assembly procedures.

Finish:
Steel frame structures are thoroughly cleaned and treated. They are then finished with a hard, durable baked on powder coating that will last a lifetime.

Testing:
Weight capacities are tested to a recommended safe range based on maximum load usage. WARNING! DO NOT EXCEED THE SAFE CAPACITY LIMIT.
