Agmatine is a relatively new compound in the supplement market that is gaining popularity. So why is Agmatine useful and why do some refer to it as a "Super Arginine"?
Amatine is a metabolic byproduct of Arginine produced through a process called decarboxylation. Agmatine is basically Arginine with the carboxylic acid end removed. Agmatine produces the byproducts Guanidino-butyladehyde and the polyamines putruscene, spermine, and spermidine which are involved in cell growth. Agmatine is found in tissues throughout the body and is synthesized and stored astrocytes, glial cells in the brain and spinal cord, which provide structural and metabolic support to the nervous system among other actions. Agmatine acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator with a vast array of actions in the body.
What does Agmatine do?
- Inhibits Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS), specifically iNOS and nNOS, leading to increased potential muscle pumps.*

Taken alone I give this Prima supp a 9. Taken with a half scoop of Prima's AAKG, I give it a 10.
I've been lifting for two years. This Last One I've started to be a bit more serious (taking my diet into consideration actually having a method to my lifting and such). I've tried a few pre workouts and NO supps here and there (Nano Vapor, Yok3d and such)but none have compared as far as "pump" is concerned with this. This supplement has me looking forward to my bicep days and lets me, a pretty tiny guy, feel so jacked and huge at the gym its not even funny.
Ridiculous is the word that comes to mind when I explain the pump this product gives, I have tried 99% of everything out there heralding "skin bursting pumps", but nothing compares to agmatine. I touted it to my gym buddies who scoffed at the tiny scoop, but 5mins into their workouts were in awe of the efficacy the 750mg serve offered and how bulbous their target muscles had become. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has been let down by all those other supplements out there that have promised the world of muscle pumps and not delivered, agmatine has become a staple in my pwo stack.

Good rating, but nothing changed with this supplement. I have started from 1 scoop and finished with 5 scoops - any new feelings, any changes, any aditional pump. +1 one Primaforce product which doesn't work
I have been taking this product for about 2 months now. I have not taken it alone before, I currently pair it with Creatine (cre-alk). I can say that I see and feel a good pump. The first week or two of taking it was pretty insane, I thought my skin was going to rip off. You can see a definite fuller look to your muscles. I wouldn't say the prime of the swelling last all day but it keeps some good form and fullness to your muscles throughout. Mixes...does it matter?

Recently wanted to switch to a stimulant free PWO, but could not find one that looked good that had beta alanine and citrulline. So, my buddy told me to find one with just beta alanine and to buy a tub of agmatine. Bought the PrimaForce 30 gram tub and have been adding it to my AlphaCreHD as my PWO stack and I am enjoying the best pumps I have ever had. Beats 1MR (original and new formula), SuperPump Max, Razor8, and all the other PWO's I have tried and forgotten. There is one typo the site has here, though. They have the 30 gram tub correct, but it should be 40 servings, 750mg each, per tub. Works perfect with my AlphaCreHD since it is also a 40 serving tub. Get some agmatine, you won't be disappointed!!
This has easily become a top staple in my stack. I get better pumps post-workout and they last longer, as well as my muscles being fuller throughout the day. It mixes great, it is a little bitter but I add a Cranberry juice with the powder and that covers it right up. Highly recommended.
