Directions For Pride Nutrition Ammunition:
Men up to 200 Lbs:
Take 6 to 8 tablets daily. Take 3 to 4 tablets 30 minutes before breakfast and again before lunch

Men over 200 Lbs:
Take 8 to 10 tablets daily. Take 4 to 5 tablets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.

Women up to 125 Lbs:
Take 2 to 4 tablets daily. Take 1 to 2 tablets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.

Women over 125 Lbs:
Take 4 to 6 tablets daily. Take 2 to 3 tablets before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.

To maximize results, drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily while using Ammunition.
