Catherine is a Certified Nutritionist and Fitness Trainer, holds a Master of Fitness Science and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition and Doctor of Naturopathy Degrees.
As a three time national bodybuilding champion, Catherine combines her experience as an athlete with her nutritional and pharmaceutical knowledge to formulate a unique line of products. In creating the PhytoCeutical Formulations product line, Catherine focuses her efforts on developing unique formulations based on the functionality of specialized compounds to provide specific results as well as broad ranging and multiple health benefits.
She is the owner of The Nutrition Company and Vitality Juice, Java and Smoothie Bar, a growing group of retail nutritional supplement stores offering nutrition, health, wellness and training services.
Catherine, along with Andress Blackwell, hosts the weekly talk radio show Natural Wellness, and has served as the wellness expert for several web sites, as well as other weekly radio shows. Catherine has appeared as the health and wellness expert on NBC television affiliates across the country and has done a multitude of health related stories for television. Catherine also contributes monthly as nutrition and wellness expert to several health and fitness publications.

Andress brings nine years of sales and marketing experience to PhytoCeutical Formulations. As the former top rated morning show personality on WDJR-FM in Dothan, Alabama, she is no stranger to successful promotional campaigns and intense marketing.
Working for almost six years with The Radio People, Andress not only entertained an audience that spanned three states, but she also led a sales force of three radio stations. During her tenure as General Sales Manager of WDJR-FM, WESP-FM, and WZND-FM, she set all time station records for monthly sales performance.
Now at the reigns as VP of Sales and Marketing for PhytoCeutical Formulations, Andress provides a wealth of marketing insight and a tremendous amount of sales and product training. Coupled with her passion for health and wellness, Andress? ability to train sales representatives as wellness consultants is evident not only in first time sales, but also in repeat business.
