Directions For D-Aspartic Acid: Read entire label and obtain clearance from a licensed healthcare practitioner before use. This supplement is intended for use by healthy males only, age 21 or over. As a dietary supplement, consume one (1) scoop per day, preferably with the first meal of the day.
