Directions For NxLabs Methyl Ripped Hardcore:

(DAY 1-3): Start by taking one serving (3 caplets) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with 12 ounces of water. As Methyl RIPPED HARDCORE starts to work, you will feel you core temperature rise and your mental focus increase as your body moves into a heightened lipolytic state. For the first 3 days of the cycle, take a second serving of 2 caplets six hours after your first dose. (DAY 4 and beyond): Take one full serving (3 caplets) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with 12 ounces of water. Take your second full serving (3 caplets) 6 hours later with 12 ounces of water. Due to the extreme potency, do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Do not exceed 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Use with a hardcore diet and training program. For optimal results, use for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
