Directions For Nature's Way Umcka ColdCare: Adults and children 12 years or older: take 1 ml 3 to 5 times daily. Children 6 to 11 take 1 ml 2 to 3 times daily. Under 6 consult a doctor. Concentrated drops can be taken straight or mixed into juice or water.

Warnings: Sore throat warning: if sore throat is severe and persists more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by a fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting consult a doctor promptly. Ask a doctor before use if cough lasts or is chronic. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms worsen and do not improve within 7 days or if fever worsens and lasts more than 3 days or new symptoms occur. This could be a sign of a serious condition
