Directions For NRG-X Labs Anabolic Raptor: Anabolic Raptor is a complete workout supplement so it can be used pre, during and post workout to achieve monstrous gains and quicker recovery times. Also, since it's 100% stimulant free you can stack Anabolic Raptor with any other supplement. As A Pre-Workout Aid: Mix two scoops (45 grams) with 8-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event.
