I add glycine to my creatine as part of my preworkout ,it really helps me feel like I have more energy later in the workout with nice pump i will buy more .
This product is a MUST have because a lot of dieteticians are agree now that Glycine is missing in the food in our society now, because it was present in the paleo area were we used to eat the whole animal bodies (organs) and not just the meat. I feel a lot better since I supplement myself with Glycine. Give it a try, just one and see if it makes a difference or now.
I liked this stuff. mixed with the NOW L-Arginine, and I dont feel that much pain during my training sesions. so much for Gakic.

Directions For Glycine: As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 level teaspoon mixed in water or juice 1 to 3 times daily.
