Directions For Neogenix Velocity XT: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules once daily with water. To assess tolerance start with 1 capsule per serving for the first 2 days of use, gradually increasing dosage thereafter until the desired effect is achieved. Never exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period.
