The BodyForge™ three-stage ergogenic system consists of:

Stage 1 - The Pro-Endurance Matrix: is a combination of three key ingredients designed to support increased high repetition strength, endurance, and stamina: Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, and L-Leucine.* When combined, these compounds have been surmised to combat the metabolic conditions that typically lead to both mental and muscular fatigue.*

• Citrulline Malate is composed of the amino acid citrulline, bound to the tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA Cycle) intermediate malic acid. This combination offers athletes an excellent way to support performance levels by removing metabolic waste products like lactic acid and ammonia while also supporting the increased production of nitric oxide (NO) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP).*


• Creatinol-O-Phosphate is an ergogenic compound that functions as a potent intracellular buffer. Once inside the muscle, its primary function is to prolong anaerobic glycolysis in the presence of excess lactic acid. This helps increase muscle fiber activation by allowing muscle contractions to continue far beyond their natural set limit. The more fibers you active, the more force you generate, leading to an increased load upon the muscle enhancing growth.*
  


• L-Leucine is one of three essential branched-chain amino acids, but unlike other amino acids it has been suggested to be the limiting factor for performance and growth.* L-Leucine stimulates protein synthesis and insulin release, both of which may provide support against muscle breakdown and promote its growth.* But in times of stress may be used as an energy substrate.*

Stage 2 - The Advanced Volumizing Matrix: includes a combination of L-Glycine, Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG), and TriCreatine Citrate. These three ingredients take muscle fullness and volume to a completely new level while also supporting the enhancement of low repetition strength and endurance.*

• L-Glycine is a glucogenic amino acid that is important for the synthesis of proteins, porphyrins, nucleic acids, and bile acids in the body. It is also needed for the construction of RNA and DNA, and other amino acids. L-Glycine supplementation may support improvements in glycogen storage, creatine production, and GH levels; and when combined with glutamic acid and cysteine, it can also form glutathione, a major liver detoxifier.*


• Creatine AKG is creatine bonded to alpha-ketoglutaric acid. This bonding has been surmised to increase the uptake of the creatine molecule while also supporting energy production as a TCA Cycle intermediate.*


• TriCreatine Citrate is a highly soluble creatine salt, which is formed from three parts creatine and one part citric acid. Citric acid is an important part of the TCA Cycle, and when combined with other TCA Cycle intermediates as the ones found in this formula, the resulting synergy may be quite profound.*

Stage 3 - The Antioxidant Support Matrix: contains ingredients that have been surmised to help reduce oxidation within the body.* These include: N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC), Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), and Ginkgo Biloba. This matrix may help enhance both performance and provide recovery support while also promoting general health and vitality.*

• NAC is a conditionally essential metabolite of the sulfur-containing amino acid cysteine, which is an intermediary in the conversion of cysteine into glutathione, the body's primary cellular antioxidant. NAC has also been suggested to help provide support against fatigue and may promote the ability for muscle contractions during exhaustive exercise.*


• ALA exerts antioxidant function, and in contrast to other antioxidants, is both fat- and water-soluble. ALA has been suggested to promote increased glucose uptake and utilization, supports energy production, and also functions as a cognitive enhancer.*


• Ginkgo Biloba is a well-known botanical. It is thought to support increased blood flow by increasing NOS activity and promote the body's ability to deal with free radicals.* This may help to enhance cognitive abilities like memory, concentration, and mental alertness.*
