Founded in 1983 by Mark and Caroline Owens, Natural Balance began with one product, Pep, the original herbal energizer. From those humble beginnings, the company has grown to occupy a campus of manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative buildings in Castle Rock, Colorado.

We now employ more than 100 people and produce more than 30 products in categories such as weight loss, energy, specialty and sports nutrition. Our products are found in all fifty states and more than twenty foreign countries.
