Directions For Natrol Laci Le Beau Hunger Control Slim Mix: Pour contents of one packet into 8 oz. glass of cold water or bottle water and mix well until dissolved. For a more intense flavor, use no more than 8 oz. of water. If adding to a full bottle of water, take a few sips prior to adding contents, close and shake well. Take one packet, up to two times daily, after meals. Do not exceed recommended intake.
