Directions For Myogenix Thermal Core: Consume 1 serving in the morning and another serving mid-afternoon. Do not take with any other stimulant or weight loss supplement. Do not exceed 6 gelcaps in any 24 hour period. You may want to begin by taking 1/2 the recommended serving to assess your tolerance to this product.
